As you drive up to 230 Sherman Ave. and pull into the driveway, you will see this sign. Drive to the rear of the building. You wll notice the large parking lot with ample parking space, so finding a spot is never a problem. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. As you walk up the ramp, you will see this sign. When you walk through the door, you enter our waiting room.

As you park in the rear parking lot of the Glen Ridge SurgiCenter you will see the rear entrance to our building. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Our waiting room is cozy and spacious. There is a television available for your viewing as you wait for your loved one to have their procedure or surgery. There is complimentary coffee and tea available. Our receptionists are readily available for any questions or concerns that you may have. The operating room is equiped with state of the art surgical and anesthesia equipment. The anesthesiol-ogists are from the Montclair Anesthesia Associates. They are the same doctors who provide anesthesia for Mountainside Hospital and are all board certified. The operating room has the resources to enable surgeons to provide you the most up-to date procedures. It is fully equipped to perform laparascopic and arthroscopic procedures. The recovery room features full size patient beds so you can comfortably recoup and relax. The beds are in semi-private areas. The recovery room is fully equipped with state of the art monitoring equipment. Certified nurses and assistants will care for you during your stay here. Once you are fully alert, you will be brought to our phase two area and given discharge instructions.

The Surgicenter has the equipment to perform radiologic services. There is a C-arm (shown to the right) to perform fluoroscopic procedures if necessary.

The Surgicenter has its own autoclave (shown to the far right) to sterilize its instruments. This is approved by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
